Shipping Questions
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 6-8 weeks, for Custom orders or made-to-order pieces. Contact us directly for instock inventory than can be shipped quickly.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship within Canada and the United States.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s journey to your doorstep
Returns & Exchanges Questions
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days for eligible items. The item must be unused, unworn, unaltered and in its original packaging. Custom, engraved, or made-to-order, resized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
Can I exchange my item for a different size?
Yes! We offer a one-time complimentary ring sizing adjustment within 90 days of pick up or delivery for eligible items. For other size exchanges, additional fees may apply.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Custom-designed , made to order, engraved pieces, items purchased as part of certain sale or promotion are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please check with your closest showroom for details.
Product & Warranty Questions
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes! We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on Moissy Fine Jewellery pieces, covering manufacturer defects and select repairs. Read more about our warranty here.
Can I upgrade my Moissanite or Lab Diamond in the future?
We currently do not have a trade in program, but we would love to help repurpose your current piece, to make room for something brand new!
Custom Jewelry Questions
Do you create custom engagement rings?
Yes! We specialize in custom-designed engagement rings and wedding bands. You can work with our expert designers to bring your vision to life.
How long does a custom order take?
Custom jewelry typically takes 6-8weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.
Can I provide my own diamond or gemstone?
No, unfortunately at this time we do not accept customer-supplied stones for select custom projects.
How do I book a virtual appointment?
We are delighted to offer virtual appointments to our clients that cannot attend our showrooms. Our showrooms are open to walk - ins and no appointments are required. Virtual appointments allow us to share our showroom experience with you from the comfort of your own home.
Reminder our showrooms will serve clients on a walk-in basis. We kindly ask for your patience in the event of any wait times, and we will promptly assist you.
If visiting a showroom is not feasible for you, we offer the option of booking a VIRTUAL CONSULTATION. Simply reach out to our team at torontocare@moissyfj.com and they will be delighted to arrange a video meeting where you can explore our exquisite selection from the comfort of your own space.
